Frank Henry McLaughlin was born in Carmel and is pictured here with his family at their home in Exeter during the early 1890s. He was a physician and served his country in WW1 (photo insert) at the rank of captain. After his wife passed away he relocated to her hometown of Newburgh, where he set up practice as the area's only doctor. Identified in the photo are l to r: Avis, Audrey (Leavitt), Frances (Chapman), Angie Hollis McLaughlin holding Robert and Dr. McLaughlin.Photograph Details
