This copy belonged to and is inscribed to Gil Wanger, a Lansing delegate to the 1961-1962 Michigan Constitutional Convention, for which Romney was a vice president and Wanger was the youngest Republican Delegate. Wanger is the last surviving Delegate to Con Con.
