An original Michigan State Band Jacket with an early MSU Marching Band patch. Also has the second Rose Bowl Band patch on the front right breast from the 1956 Rose Bowl. Made by Melville Emblem.
Does not have the recognizable Michigan State Band letters on the back. Otherwise the design has remained consistent since 1953-4.
Acquired from a collector who acquired it from the original owner's family. The original owner's identity has been lost.
