Untitled abstract oil on Masonite board by East Lansing artist Katherine Winckler (1898-1976), art professor at Michigan State College/University from 1926 to 1965. Winckler, together with fellow artist and MSC faculty Alma Goetsch, commissioned the Goetsch-Winckler House from Frank Lloyd Wright in Okemos, Michigan.
This work is not signed. It was a gift from Elsa Loomis Richards in 1983 to W. Albert Hakala.
