Lansing Centennial Brothers of the Brush Banner by AlfDescription
A large hand-painted banner on canvas for the Lansing, Michigan, centennial celebration of 1959, by Holt artist and sign painter Sterling Silver Alf. The banner reads: "Pioneers of 1859 / Chapter No. 64 / Brothers of the Brush" with nods to Lansing on the street signs of Washington and Michigan and the wagon reading "Lansing or Bust."
