Description

Handheld rocking blotter device to absorb excess ink. It was inscribed: "Presented to Major D. MacRitchie from the Depot Staff Aug. 31, 40." It was presented to Major Donald MacRitchie of the RMR. It bears a blue enameled RMR crest on the handle.
