A printed form letter (one side) with the Royal Coat of Arms in red ink, t.c. This letter from King George VI was addressed to the General Officer Commanding the 1st Canadian Division to welcome the Canadian Division to Britain. Copies were then distributed to individual Canadian soldiers whose names were typed at the bottom of the copies they received.
