Description

A celebratory cake, made with best wishes, to the 1st Canadian Army Headquarters Defence Company (RMR), by POM Hall. This cake was prepared in anticipation of the Victory in Europe (VE) day. It was sent by air on April 14th, hopefully, to make it in time for May 8th. Members of the Harrison family, founders of the Pride of Montreal (POM) Bakery, had served with the 14th bn the Royal Montreal Regiment through WWI, they have continued to support the regiment.
