A leaflet to be used as a safe-conduct pass by the Taliban upon surrender. On the verso, the leaflet explains the procedure of a safe surrender. These leaflets were typically dropped by aircraft over a targeted area before a military operation. The leaflets were generally written in Pashto, Dari and English.
