Scope and Content

A drawing for a grave marker for Lieutenant Francis Robert Heuston. The drawing was done by H.M Patterson (name signed at the bottom of the paper). It depicts the dimensions for a gravemarker of Lieutenant Heuston who served with the 14th Battalion, Royal Montreal Regiment. Despite the inscription and date in the drawing, Lieut Heuston's records show he died of his wounds on April 7, 1916.
