Scope and Content

Very large and very full scrapbook, created by someone at the armoury who wanted to preserve the history of the unit. It covers the inter-war period between 1919-1937 and the going-ons of the RMR. Notably, this covers the campaigning for and the building of the present day armoury in Westmount. This covers any and all history of the regiment, from WW1 reunions, funerals, activities, social events, and training events, etc. The scrapbook is a black leather hardcover with a fabric tie. The paper is a yellowed construction paper and the letters, clippings, photos, etc are glued, pasted or taped to the book.
