Description

A badge produced by the Radio Corporation of America (RCA), probably during World War II as an inducement to employees to increase productivity. This badge or small plaque is "tent-shaped" in red with dark green edging surmounted by three five-pointed stars. In the centre is a raised forearm with a clenched fist, flanked on either side by the words "Production Booster." Beneath that are two small disks, one with the initials RCA and the other with the company's famous "His Master's Voice" logo of a small dog "Nipper" sitting attentively before the speaker cone of an RCA Victrola gramophone.
