A telegraph document from the Prince of Wales Own Regiment of Yorkshire congratulating the RMR on the occasion of its being granted the Freedom of the City of Westmount. The "Freedom of the City" is an ancient honour granted to military formations allowing them the privilege to march into the city "with drums beating, colours flying, and bayonets fixed".
