A stitched map of the world without borders in a variety of surface embroidery stitches and colors. The map was made for the February 2019 exhibition, Stitch-at-Home Challenge: Borders, by Caroline Barriera of Sao Paolo, Brazil. The stitched inscription reads: Color Border The world without borders with colors and loves Caroline Barriera The map was created for the Stitch-at-Home Challenge: Borders exhibition held at San Francisco School of Needlework and Design in February 2019, and exhibited at San Jose Museum of Quilt and Textiles Summer 2019.
