This is substantiated by the building's abscence from the 1883 Sanborn map and its appearance on the map of 1888. The rear section was added in 1902 by the Corby Estate. Although the first story has been greatly altered, the second story of the front facade retains its elaborate Victorian period cornice and window treatment which renders this building a strongly contributing member of a potential historic discrict in the area of high quality 19th & 20th Century commercial structures The above timeline was graciously provided by Sheryl Hullings Photo #1 - Modern Lunch in the 1960's Photo #2 - 1943 photo of Modern Lunch Photo #3 - Circa: 2012 view of the lot
