This is a plaque represents a critical point in Motion Performance’s history. This article in Car Craft magazine garnered the attention on the EPA and started Motion Performance’s fight w the DOJ leading to Motions near demise. Although MP continued to build cars up until the 90’s, the DOJ shut down the “street” supercar operations. Cars built after this were to be used for export or racing use only.
