Straub, the Bremerton, Washington Postmaster, and in green on the bottom by “E.O. Tauer, U.S.N.,” the cachet designer. Additionally, this cover is addressed to “Mr. E.O. Tauer, U.S.N. / U.S.S. TEXAS / c/o P.M. Bremerton / Washington” presumably for Tauer’s personal collection.Context
