ثوب من منطقة رام الله، من قماش القطن والكتان الأسود، مُطرّز بخيوط حرير باللون الأصفر. قبة الثوب مُطرّزة بشكل كثيف بأشكال نباتية وهندسية، أما الأكتاف والردهة الخلفية فلا تحمل أي تطريز. وطُرّزت الأكمام بثلاث عروق من الأشكال الهندسية والمناجل، أما إسورة الكم فطُرّزت بقطبة الصنارة بأشكال هندسية. يظهر تطريز متوسط من عرقين متوازيين مُطرزين بأشكال نباتية وحيوانية كالطيور على كل جانب من البدن الأمامي والخلفي للثوب. أما الجانب الأيمن من البنايق فطُرز بالمناجل.
A thobe (dress) from Ramallah. It is made of black cotton and linen and embroidered with yellow silk threads. The chest panel has a heavy tatreez (embroidery) of geometric and plant shapes. As for the shoulders and the back of the chest panel (the upper back neckline), they bear no tatreez. The sleeves are embroidered with three stitch patterns of geometric shapes and manajil (sickles) motifs, whereas the cuffs are embroidered with geometric shapes using hook stitch. The front and back panels of the thobe have a mid-density tatreez of two parallel stitch patterns of plant and animal shapes like birds. The right side solely (al-Banayiq) is embroidered with manajil motifs.Made/Created
