"The Fraternal Order of Police will honor Malcom Kibler, retiring police Chief of Lordstown, Ohio. Kibler is known for organizing the dept. in 1977 when the village of Lordstown was established. He served on the Trumbull County sheriff dept. for 12 years prior." Year: June 11, 1986 This photograph is part of a donation by the Newton Falls Public Library, Alma Murri Collection.
