World War I uniform boots; a part of the uniform belonging to 2nd Lt. Russell D. Banks, who enlisted in April 1917. Banks was sent to an officers' training school at Ft. Bliss El Paso, TX. He was discharged on December 23, 1918. The attached spurs are accessioned as 90.2.8
