Printed on the back is "Pine Villa North Conway, NH." Pine Villa is crossed out in pencil and corrected as "Moat View Cottage." Written in pen is "The first home of Wilbur and Linnie Eastman. [....] into the Moat View Cottage, L.E. Moat View Cottage - cor. Kearsarge Road & Mechanic Street was burned in 1916. The cottage now on the site was built in 1930 by the Misses Swetman and Lewis named "Suncote" (Dec. 1, 1948 ELL)."
