Colored image of a building with its gable end facing front, and all below the slope of its roof covered in stone. Skylights are visible in its rooftop. A ramp leads to a doorway in its gable. A sign above the doorway reads, “Tip Top House.” Printed Back Description: Printed on back, “Post Card, Place a one cent stamp here for transmission to any part of the United States Canada & Mexico or a two cent stamp to all foreign countries; published by J. V. Hartman Post Card Co.” Features a flower design in blue.
