Colored image of a building with its gable end facing front, and all below the slope of its roof covered in stone. Skylights are visible in its rooftop. A ramp leads to a doorway in its gable. A man stands on the ramp. A sign above the doorway reads, "Tip-Top House". Back Description: Printed on back, "Post Card", "This side may be used for corespondance", "This space for address only". Includes description of the Tip-Top House. The Hugh c. Leighton CO., Manufacturers, Portland ME., U.S.A. Printed in Frankfort, Germany 3136. Includes note and address.
