This is an image of Jacob's Ladder on the Cog Railway line. The photo is in a sepia-like tone. In view is a train on an elevated railroad trestle. There are men on the train and also below within the trestle. This is possibly an image of when Jacob's Ladder was still under construction, as it appears that the trestle is under construction.
