On the card stock there are signs of past mold, water damage in upper left hand corner. Some acid burns also on the card stock. The overall photograph is in excellent condition.

Notes: Coaching parades in North Conway seem to have been an annual event in the 1890s. The East Side Parades ended at the Kearsarge House where prizes were awarded and speeches made. Internet searches found a lot of information on the 1894 parade in particular.
