Statement from the artist: The town has been through many incarnations. Initially it was a church, then the Town Meeting Hall. Located in the center of the Village, now it is the home of the Rumney Historical Society and is a splendid museum, filled with wonderful period artifacts. It is conveniently adjacent to the Merrill Library.
