Glass is in good condition. Emulsion, however, is flaking far into the sides of the plate and a good portion of the image of the large tree in the foreground has flaked away. Part of the lake in the center of the image has flaked away as well. Image was mostly indiscernable until scanned, which is not the case with glass plate negatives in good or excellent condition.
