Description

Interior view of a house. In the foreground are four chairs and two spinning wheels; one chair is small as though for a child. On the back wall is a grandfather clock and to its right a darkened doorway to another room. To its left is a closed door, perhaps to another room or the outdoors. The wallpaper has vertical stripes. To the left of the image on a perpendicular wall there is a fireplace and a mantelpiece. There appears to be something cooking in an oven, and some pots hanging in the fireplace. The mantlepiece has plates, a candlesticks, and other wares sitting on it. A gun hangs over the mantle. From the ceiling hang drying goods. This appears to be the same room as the one featured in Object ID MWM2010.0001.2887.
