There is a lot of cracking and some abrasion throughout the image but little loss of emulsion due to pitting. The edges of the plate are wavy due to White likely cutting the plate himself. His thumbprint is clear in the emulsion at the lower right corner. Two black lines run horizontally across the image about 1/3 of the way up the plate.
