Description

The foreground of this image is comprised of a field of dead or harvested crops. They appear to be corn stalks that have been harvested from. Beyond the field is a wooden fence, and in the middleground is a row of trees. There is then a slight incline of a hill with more trees and what may be a building behind some of the trees, though it is obscured. To the very far right of the image appear two tall posts and the very edge of what appears to be a building. Beyond this a hill or mountain rises to the sky.

There has been pitting and cracking and loss of emulsion along the bottom of the plate. There has also been a lot of abrasion along the top of the plate. The number 78 is written in the lower right corner.
