Description

The image depicts one elderly women working on a sewing project, and the skirt of another women is in the corner, both sitting on a porch. In the left hand corner the "53 93 D" is etched. A similar T.E.M. White photo has been found in the New Bedford Whaling Museum Collection (item number 2000.100.90.27). The woman is identified as "Mrs. Keziah Russell Price, widow of Benjamin Price, knitting on her porch, 102 Pleasant Street."
