09/27/2012- MS- Cover is very discolored and worn. There are many water and other stains and the binding is worn and coming apart. Pages aren't strongly attached and there is a lot of writing and some watercolor paintings on the inside. It is a personal handwritten book.

Most importantly written inside is: Mrs. Maria Whetten New York Oct. 16, 1821 Found a small card with Edward Everett Parker written on one side and some notes written on the other side. Found a loose piece of paper with a recipe for "Good Yeast"
