Description

People mill about near train tracks, running along the left side of the image. Most of them are on the right side of the tracks, but several are on the left. It looks like a white van is parked on the right in the foreground next to a tall, brown building. More buildings are situated in the back, one with a tall tower standing tall. Some people appear to be sitting at a table as well. "Atop Mt. Washington for Summit Bldg, Ground Wrecking" and "6/78" are written on the back.
