Description

Aerial view of The Balsams Hotel and Lake Gloriette in Dixville Notch. Glass plate negative was taken after the completion of the north wing addition, which was built in 1911-12. The three-story addition terminates in a four-story, hipped roofblock with gabled dormers. Also shows the 1910 west wing addition, which extends to the west of the main block and terminates in a four-story octagonal end bay.
