Scope and Content

Item is a sepia-toned photographic postcard featuring a view of a camp lodge with a rustic-looking sign out front which reads, "Pinkham Notch Camp, Center for Tramping and Skiing in the White Mountain National Forest, Mountain Hospitality for All, Lodgings and Meals, Lunches and Supplies, Latchstring Always Out, Trail Information." The lodge is a log building with vines of evergreen strung up on the porch. A dog and a person are also on the porch and skies are stuck in the snow just outside of it. At least two automobiles (partially covered with snow) are by the building. There are many trees in view and much snow. Divided back features The Shorey Studio logo.
