Description

A Light on the Mountain is the story of the Merrill Family and their home along the Carriage Road of Mt. Moosilauke. This video includes the family's personal logbocks, collections of photographs, and newspaper clippings as well as commentary from Dartmouth College's Prof. Jere Daniell (History) and interviews with current Merrill family members. The Night the Bomber Crashed tells the story of B-18 Bomber crashing into Mt. Moosilauke in the White Mountains during the wake of the attack on Pearl Harbor and the rescue mission that ensued. This Video was created as a 50th anniversary of the event and was produced by Frtiz Weatherbee.
