Scope and Content

Physical- Light blue cover with black decoration around the border that includes the old man of the mountain, a road around a lake, a factory, trees, and mountains. Drawing on the cover of the tiptop and summit houses. This publication is dedicated to informing the public of the construction of new roads, as well as improvements of old roads. This bulletin came to be as cars became more common place and the need for roads and better roads increased. This edition also includes information about New Hampshire Old Home Week and about the need for highway transport engineers to solve transportation problems.It also talks about NH's first turnpike and travel conditions.
