Scope and Content

Physical- Grayish cover with black decoration around the border of a house and farmland. Black and white image on the front of Tuckerman's Ravine. This publication is dedicated to informing the public of the construction of new roads, as well as improvements of old roads. This bulletin came to be as cars became more common place and the need for roads and better roads increased. This edition also includes information about Mount Washington, campgrounds, general news, standardization of traffic signals, and road maintenence expenditures.
