Physical- White and green cover with green decoration and an image in green and white of an old road and trees on the front. This publication is dedicated to informing the public of the construction of new roads, as well as improvements of old roads. This bulletin came to be as cars became more common place and the need for roads and better roads increased. This edition also includes information about the White Mountain National Forest.
