Notes: Donor's personal stamp on cover. Written on the paper in pencil: "30-" (as in $30.00) Written on the cover in pencil: "b 1824 d 1864 @ San Francisco" "circa 1920's?" Some pencil writing throughout. The donor deduced the date of 1920 from part of the advertisement which states that it took 57 years to get an adequet biography of Thomas Starr King, who died in 1864. 1920 is not actually printed in this booklet.
