The book is in poor condition. The cover and back cover are split a part from the rest of the magazine. The stitch binding connects the other pages together. The spine of the magazine is all torn a part. Multiple mold stains and water damage are on the cover. In the first couple of pages and throughout the magazine are water damaged on the bottom and top.
