Photograph of cars parked in front of the Balsam Hotel's guest garage. The garage was built by H.P. Cummings and is thought to have been the largest garage north of Boston when completed. The first two stories housed guest automobiles, the third story housed chauffeurs, and the top story (under the roof) was hotel staff housing.
