Black and white lithograph of a scene from the story about Chocorua's Curse. The image was originally titled "Chocorua's Death," and it was created by Thomas Cole. It was engraved by George W. Hatch and was published by S.G. Goodrich. The image depicts the scene between a townsman and the Native American, Chocorua. Chocorua is crouching down, cursing the mountain to be bare on top.
