Several obituaries for Tudor Richards (1915-2009). Known as the "Father of Pondicherry" he was instrumental in the creation of the Pondicherry Wildlife Refuge. In 2007, Richards recieved a lifetime achievment award from the New England Region Environmental Protection Agency for his conservation efforts.
