Features a handwritten note, postmark, and postage stamp. Postmark is dated Dec. 26, 1961. Transcription: "Dear Mr Morrell: Get Wes Powell to get a permanent light up there on the Old Man. I have had Wes Powell on the mat trying to get it done. Life Magazine is waiting for the chance to put New Hamp. on the map. Lyman W. Chamberlin Ask Powell or Tobey who I am." Addressed: "Robert Morrell Pres. of White Mt. Rec. An't. North Conway, N.H." Post dated Dec. 26, 1961
