Six page printed pamphlet detailing the history of the Bald Peak Colony Club, located in Melvin Village, NH. Land near Bald Peak, then known as Bald Knob was purchased by Thomas Gustave Plant, the builder of Castle in the Clouds (also known as "Lucknow"). Plant envisioned a golf course, club house, and guest cottages that could be used by his many guests. The Bald Peak Colony Club was incorporated in 1920.
