Scope and Content

"On the shores of First Lake, in Pittsburg, marking 50 years of Hospitality and tradition" by John Harrigan was published in the Coos County Democrat. The article details the life of Betty Falton and, in part, her husband Allen Falton. Betty and Allen bought and managed the Glen beginning in 1961 and the article celebrates the 50-year anniversary of that event. There are two black and white pictures, one of Betty Falton and the other of John Harrigan.
