Scope and Content

This large brochure distributed by the Hayes Recreational Communities in Laconia, NH was printed by the Record Press in Rochester, NH. The brochure has a colorful, stylized cover of vacationers boating on Lake Winnipesaukee. The brochure includes an overview of the estates, the land around it, transportation accessibilty, and a history of Governor's Island and the building of Governor Estates. There are several black and white pictures of the estates and the scenery around them. Also included is a map of New England and the routes to Governor's Island.
