Small, red pamphlet distrubted by R.W. Gordon the owner and manager of Indian Head Estates. The pamphlet describes the history of the estate and advertises the price and the benefits of the location for exploring elsewhere and staying in one of the cabins. The pamphlet features several black and white pictures of the cabins and scenery around the estate. On the last page there is a phone number and the dates the estate is open for business.
