Pamphlet that comes in its own green envelope with a picture of the water tower and the Indian Head on it. The cover of the pamphlet is a scene of the estate and the Indian Head in vibrant colors. The pamphlet was printed by the Bisbee Press in Lancaster, NH and copyrighted by Curt Teich & Co., Inc., in Chicago, IL. The pamphlet describes the "story of the famous Indian head," and includes the Algonquin version of the Flood and Creation, the story of Boyce Rock, places of interest near Indian Head, "the origin of the White Mountains," and a road map of northern New Hampshire. The pamphlet also features several colored drawings of scenery around Indian Head and Indian Head Estates itself.Collection
